Statement of Faith
Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court.
We believe that Children are a blessing from God. Jesus demonstrates His love for children in Matthew 19:14 “Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these”. Jesus understood the nature of a child and He reminds us to keep a childlike heart and a childlike faith. Jesus recognised a child’s heart is precious and a gift to be nurtured.
We are blessed to have the opportunity to love and care for your child and partner with your family. We recognise each child has been created to be unique and throughout the day we embrace opportunities to care for and educate children whilst recognising their gifts and passions.
We use everyday opportunities such as routines, rituals, play, self-engagement and group learning to teach children about God. Our educators always consider each child’s development, their understanding and their identity when sharing from the Word of God.
We believe that God is three in one – Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ is God’s son who lived a sinless life every day and died for the sins of the world. Jesus rose again and ascended to heaven to reign by his Father’s right hand. We know God through the Holy Scriptures and we use these scriptures to love and teach one another.
